Weekend Diversions

Now that the holidays are over, we are working to reestablish our household routines.  Though we are back to work, and school, and daycare, we still try to fit in some fun activities to break up the monotony of winter.

We celebrated Cousin Joe's birthday with hot dogs, cake, and ice cream... and awesome decorations designed by Aunt Rachel.   She even painted this canvas with a horse and rider, and allowed the kids plenty of photo opportunities.

And Anthony had fun posing with his partner in crime, Paige.

While we didn't quite make it to mass, we did show up in time for a "west side" breakfast at the Cracker Barrel.

Our (rushed) routines might take up a lot of time during the week, but we still try to pack in the fun every weekend!
