Today, our fall birthday celebration's continued with Julia's First Birthday Party.
Care and Rob hosted a "hat party" on behalf of their princess, which led to some interesting conversations and cool photo ops. There were Halloween hats and baseball caps and construction helmets, and even a beanie and a fascinator.
Aunt Lauren had a pretty snazzy fedora...
... while Grandma and GG each featured a sparkly, spidery headpiece.
A few extra party hats led to some zany antics from Big Jim and Anthony...
... and even though she was time zone's away in California, the birthday girl's Aunt Megan was able to connect with all of the fun (chaos) as the party.
Julia's birthday party was the highlight of the weekend, and maybe the month, because two fabulous families got together to celebrate a year of joy.
Happy birthday to my beautiful niece and goddaughter!
