Literally.
Dan and his buddy laid a concrete slab in our backyard in anticipation of the shed that will be built next week), and Anthony and James put their handprints in the corner.
I'm sure as they get older they will leave lots of other marks around our world, but I will always look back on these little handprints and remember our summer in the (hot) sun.
