Birthday Bonanza

I know this probably comes as a shock, but we had another birthday party this weekend.  August is one of those months where we have lots of birthday celebrations is a very short amount of time.  In addition to celebrating Grandma's (August 11), Uncle Nick's (August 14), and Aunt Care's (August 19) birthdays, we also celebrated Paige's 4th birthday.  While her actuall birth day is August 14th, just like her uncle, this weekend was the first opportunity we had to get together. 

To put it simply, nine kids + birthday cake + sugary drinks = chaos!

While it was definitely chaotic, it was great to see all of the kids having fun.  These parties not quite like the birthdays I remember as a child, but it means so much to me to see the cousins developing some great relationships.  After all, it's all about family.
